Dollar for dollar, the editors of Money Magazine have ranked Bellarmine University as one of the nation’s best college values. In its annual college rankings, the magazine included Bellarmine among the nation’s best colleges for the money, placing it 421st on a list of 727 leading institutions that best combine educational quality, affordability and alumni success.
Among the nine Kentucky colleges that made the list, Bellarmine ranked third for overall best value and third for the early career earnings of its graduates. Bellarmine was the only Kentucky school to rank in the top three on both measures.
Money Magazine used data from the U.S. Department of Education, PayScale.com and their own calculations to rank colleges based on 26 factors, including graduation rates, tuition, family borrowing and alumni earnings. The Princeton Review also named Bellarmine one of the nation’s top colleges for 2019.
